Bryan Church
Bryan Church has been a real estate broker for over thirty years and has sold, exchanged, and purchased many properties, including single-family homes, apartment buildings, commercial leased investments, and parcels of land. Clients have included individuals, partnerships, corporations, real estate investment trusts, the Federal Bankruptcy Court (asset dispositions), and foreign investment groups. Furthermore, he has been a custom home builder and developer.
He holds both B.S. and MBA degrees; and has completed a one-year course in substantive law. He has a Community College Teaching Credential that is valid for life and has taught real estate courses at several California community colleges. In addition to his community college teaching experience, he has taught many undergraduate and graduate-level real estate courses at Golden Gate University. He founded Accredited Real Estate Schools, Inc. in 1995 and is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Schyler Church
Schyler Church is a practicing real estate broker licensed in California and Hawaii. Alongside her father, Bryan Church, Schyler has co-authored California Real Estate Principles and California Real Estate Practice textbooks. She is experienced listing and selling both single-family homes and multi-unit residential properties. In addition, she has been a residential property manager and a contributor to Bryan Church’s California Real Estate Property Management textbook. She holds a B.S. degree in Accountancy and is a member of the real estate faculty at Cosumnes River College.
